Rest of Europe: 12–20 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 6–12 business days

South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong: 4–10 business days

Middle East: 12–20 business days

Rest of the world: 15–25 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We offer FREE exchanges worldwide and a 14-day return policy.

Returns or exchanges can only be requested after the order has been delivered.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

You can also find your tracking code on your order status page.
If you cannot locate your tracking code, please contact us via email and we’ll be happy to assist.

We recommend monitoring your package regularly until delivery.

Return to Sender / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails and the package is not collected within the courier’s holding period, the order will not return to our warehouse. Instead, it will be sent to an international shipping hub.

From the international hub, we can reship the package upon request.
Please note that returned packages cannot be stored again in our warehouse, so additional shipping fees may apply.
